Once your order is placed, it usually ships within 48 hours. Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

* Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
* Severe weather conditions
* International customs procedures
If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at wowoxixi2020@126.com and we’ll make it right!
Returns information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
